Kickboxing is derived from a combination of boxing, Mueay Thai and karate moves. Begin with a warm-up followed by seven fighting tracks set to music. A fast paced cardio, leg and core conditioning workout. Ending with a stretch this 5-star hour will deliver dramatic results.
